We employ a range of methods to control or eradicate this hugely destructive plant including mechanical removal to eliminate all trace of the plant and the rhizomes. Alternatively, a three-year treatment plan using glyphosate spray or stem injection is used to control and kill stands of the plant and to prevent reoccurrence. Our technicians follow all legal requirements regarding pesticide use, ensuring safe and effective results.
Himalayan Balsam
Our team utilizes timed strimming and scything methods to prevent regrowth, targeting the plant before seed pods develop. For sites near water, we ensure environmental compliance by securing the necessary permissions for spraying.
